Refund Policy

For any reasons you decide to return the item(s) for a refund, it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The item(s) must be returned postage-shipping prepaid within (5) days upon receiving, in prior like condition, never opened and not sustain damage upon return to qualify for a product refund.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to receive confirmation and to ensure their return item(s) reaches our facility safely in undamaged saleable condition. Items received for product refund must be complete with no missing parts, pieces or damage.

Items received with missing parts, pieces and damage will not be accepted and returned to the buyer at their expense. Postage, Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable. You will need to contact us prior for a Return Authorization before returning item(s) to our facility.
