The Devicemate is a compact, slick, reliable, useful, and unique carrying case for iPads with covers. It is chock-full of purposeful features. Its two main front and back compartments allow one to carry everything from legal-size paper to magazines to an iPhone to even perhaps a smaller tablet, like an iPad mini. I should note that while it is specifically designed for use with iPads with covers, it should also be able to hold tablets of similar or equal size. Its detachable shoulder strap is comfortable and convenient, and allows for two different, equally versatile ways to carry it: you can use the strap itself or you can use the case’s sleek, slight handle. The case’s main highlight and its selling point however is its side compartment—it allows one to carry their charger cords, earphones, and USB cables with them. This eliminates the common problem of carelessness that plagues people because it allows someone to bring their charger cord with them so they don’t go out to do business, homework, etc and then have their battery go out on them. Aesthetically, the case is pleasing to the eye, but it doesn’t stick out too much. The logo is embroidered on the front, but it is not loud. It comes in a professional, black cover. Overall, the case is a worthwhile investment for everyone from students to businesspeople and its multitude of compartments make it truly on the go, when you are.
